Eleven years ago I walked into Intel Corporation. Seven years and eleven months since my last paycheck from them. Since then I've built this whole operation — the website, the startup, the writing, the podcasts — entirely unpaid. Over 10,000 episodes of electronic music. More than 16 podcast channels. And I'm still here, every Wednesday, dropping the goods for you.

8 Years Without a Paycheck.
It's Time for My First New Car.
I started at Intel Corporation eleven years ago. My last paycheck from them was 7 years and 11 months ago. Since then, I have been building Zack Technology LLC entirely without salary — no paycheck, no investor backing, just me and the work. That means over 10,000 podcast episodes produced unpaid. Years of writing, editorial work, geopolitical analysis, music curation, and startup development — all on my own dime and my own time.
In 25 years of professional work, I have never owned a brand-new car. That's the reality. My dream is an Audi S8 (fully loaded, naturally). But I'm genuinely open to anything — a great gently used vehicle no older than 2020. An Audi RS5, RS6, RS7, a BMW M5 Touring, or honestly at this point, a good Nissan NISMO Z would make me incredibly happy.
