As the holidays approach, many of us search for warmth, comfort, and a place to feel connected. At NAMI Sacramento, we understand how meaningful community can be—especially during a season that can bring both joy and heaviness.

This year, we’re inviting you to cozy up with your NAMI family and find a sense of belonging within our community. When you join us, you’re not just becoming a member—you’re becoming part of a network of people who understand, support, and uplift one another.

Throughout December, we’ll be hosting a few holiday gatherings to bring us all together. If you’re looking for comfort, connection, and a place to feel at home this season, we would love to welcome you in.

There’s always a spot for you here—right beside your NAMI family.

What’s up, everybody! It’s Thursday, December 18th, 2025. It’s Medical Day! Be sure to read Medical Journals and write one, if you’re a Doctor. Please appreciate Doctors/ Nurses / EMTs / Firefighters / Police Officers who perform long shifts this harsh month of December, especially in the cold. I’m watching E.R. the TV Series and there are many stories to witness. Don’t forget that Flu, COVID, Norovirus, RSV are all out there, therefore, stay protected, get vaccinated, get the FLU shot, and wash your hands.

Until Next Time!
