What’s up, everybody! Here are JETLAG RADIO 1079 & BENKYO RADIO 1079. It’s a saddening topic, 1979, the year in which the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan. The U.S. Military did a lot of great work via the Mujahideen in order to remove Russian Troops, only for Afghanistan to suffer a turmoil of 20 years of civil war, before the Taliban took over, from which then, the U.S. helped again, and eventually left 20 years thereafter. The entire operation was designed to simply reallocate the entire control the Opium flow throughout the planet, including the United States. Scholars and Researchers and Economists including myself ask the question: why was Germany & Japan reconstructed and built after World War II after they were utterly destroyed, but Afghanistan was not? What makes it so different? Because they are brown people? Thankfully, there are great organizations who are always thinking hard about the people of Afghanistan. The Son of Commander Massoud, Commander Ahmad Shah, took control of the Northern Alliance. Military people and Veterans always think about Afghanistan, and know full well its story is nowhere near over. The U.S. Air Force has worked on years of R&D regarding their next generation spy plane, the Son of Blackbird, the Darkstar, placing fear and dominance into the minds of any Taliban on the ground in Afghanistan who dares commit atrocities towards the Afghan population, which is currently experiencing a depression and a famine, given the utter despicable handling of its nation. The Taliban has zero comprehension on how to manage an entire nation. The United Nations continue to work with the State Department, to figure out how to unfreeze billions of assets so that Afghans in its country can go buy groceries for their families. Project Leave No Man Behind is currently helping SIV families, families of Interpreters who have worked tirelessly to help U.S. Forces defeat terrorists. They are helping the families of interpreters relocate immediately to Pakistan, and eventually to America. Unfortunately, now Pakistan is placing these Afghans into exile back to Afghanistan. It’s quite an uncomfortable conversation, and quite frankly, I need to have a conversation with this female Pakistani ABC Newscaster who was “too busy” to have sushi, and now is in a weird predicament, while I have to watch my people suffer another Afghanistan winter. Meanwhile, all I can say is read your copy of The Economist. There’s a lot of writings to do, and I have tons of reports to do. I’m at 1079, I have 21 more reports for 1100. Then another 100 reports to get to 1200 (Technics turntables). PS. The Unit (TV show) is featured on Top 10 TV shows on Apple TV, please watch it if you have not, it’s a great wonderful story. I some someday they make a movie before these guys get too old. Thanks.

Until Next Time!
