evidently there’s a blizzard in Chicago causing temperatures to turn straight up like like the movie “The Day After Tomorrow.” Please stay warm! The latest playlists will be available later this week. I just checked the weather and heard about the weather scare, so I wanted to remind everybody to stay warm and indoors preferably. Don’t risk it, you don’t want to freeze to death.

While I am glad to hear in the news that various parties are hoping to bring peace to Afghanistan, I don’t want the country to return to 1990s-era where the Taliban hold women and children hostage, not letting them get an education towards a better life for themselves and their families.

I’m a bit fed-up with the news-cycle. It was important because Democrats had to win the House of Representatives to show some strength, but recently I heard that they overturned the sanctions on the shady Russian businesses. So which is it? Are we going to really go after this 2016 Elections investigation, or are we gonna drop the ball? Can we last another 2 years of this charade? Can we afford another Government Shutdown? (no we can’t) It’s time to let Mike Pence in charge. As much as I disagree with many of his policies, he is unlikely to make grave Foreign Policy mistakes. He will listen to his Generals. Don’t forget what Former Govt Brown said. The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists placed the clock at 2 minutes to midnight. He’s right, the news feed on Trump. It’s the Trump show all day long. Whenever I turn on the news, I don’t even get to see what the major news of the day are, it’s just another Trump fiasco over another Trump fiasco. We need a real president in charge, so that we can focus on the important things. Did you know there is some kind of mud slides in Brazil? They need help with recovery. Those are the news that we need to focus on. Do you know it’s almost February? You know what that means? Avalanche season. I hope all the resorts work in conjunction with everybody to prepare themselves. We don’t need tragic stories.

I’d like TOLOTV to reach out to the government of Afghanistan. Apparently, there are a ton of civilian deaths on the roads there, because people are staring at their cell phones while crossing the street and not paying attention. In America, we have multiple campaigns like “It Can Wait” and various other PSAs, but unfortunately, over there, they do not. More needs to be done. These teenagers need to focus on school. It is too tragic if they stare at their cell phones and get hit by a car on their way to school. Pay attention to the road please.

The MLS is back in full swing in a few weeks. I’m excited about the news from Sacramento Republic FC. Let’s hope the new investor will bring us closer to MLS.

Cavs are really struggling! We really need Kevin Love to return. March Madness is upon us, hope the Buckeyes get in there!

Right now I’m watching The Good Doctor, Valley of the Boom, and Project Blue Book. I’m also rewatching Cosmos Season 1, because Season 2 starts in March. Do you remember “Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman?” I’m going through some older seasons.
