I want you all to cherish your health insurance if you have good coverage, because I don't — after years of navigating MEDI-CAL, I was finally able to schedule an appointment at a local clinic for tomorrow. I miss my family physician back in Modesto, CA — she was, and still is, a great doctor. I haven't been able to see her since losing solid coverage, and honestly, the state of American health insurance can feel like a real disgrace sometimes. I'll try to livestream some NBA 2K26 later to say hello. By the way, The Pitt Season 3 is on the way to streaming — keep an eye out. And a reminder to any doctors reading: keep up with the medical journals, and write one yourself whenever you can. Thank you.
