What’s up, everybody! It’s Friday, July 4th, 2025. Happy 4th of July! However you celebrate, please be careful when using fireworks, careful with your hands, careful with your children, careful all-together. Also, please don’t set your house or neighbor’s house on fire with fireworks. Very dangerous. Please do not start a forest fire. It could land you in trouble. Thank you for your consideration. As always, my PSA, always wear a seatbelt, do not drink and drive, do not text and drive, use a designated driver, uber/lyft/cab/train/flight etc etc…

What’s up, everybody! It’s Thursday, July 3rd, 2025. Be sure to be careful with your health, and that means, if you eat microwaveable meals, don’t eat more than one per day, or more than a few per week, because the high sodium will hurt your kidneys and liver. Very important to know, especially early on when you’re a Freshman in College/University and you live off instant-ramen noodles. Do not say I did not warn you.

What’s up, everybody! It’s Tuesday, July 1st, 2025! A brand-new month! It’s great! Why is that? Because XFINITY DATA reset therefore I have data again. I can do a bunch of livestream sessions of Death Stranding 2, and I’m excited. I’d like to do some THE MAN WHO ERASED HIS NAME (Yakuza Games Series from RGG Studio) as well. A big shout out to all #GeeksNerdsOtakus worldwide, and here’s to hoping I get to spend a #MentalHealth day this week at my favorite Coffee Shop. I was unable for the past 2 weeks, I’m under a strict budget unfortunately. I need a decent monthly allowance, something I have not had in about 8-9 months. My divorce is finalized next month, it’s only going to get worse. I need my disability checks approved as soon as possible (I have a Mental Health condition, stable for over a decade, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome). I’ve been unable to find work with a steady paycheck for the past 6 years, despite having a B.A. in Economics, 2 certificates in Data Analysis and Project Management, 14 years of Corporate Experience, and 7 years of Retail experience. Over 30,000 job applications. Mostly denied by Indian Recruiters in India. An African-American was facing discrimination from an app called WORKDAY and sued them. I may have to do that since I cannot seem to receive a new job interview and job offer from Intel Corp in Folsom, CA. I hope someone at OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY LAW department can help me. I am Class of 2009. Thanks in advance.

What’s up, everybody! It’s Friday, June 27th, 2025. What a great win by the OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER last weekend. They are NBA Champions for 2025. I adore the song Thunder by East 17. It was a very popular boy-band in the 90s. Unknown by those of who focused on Backstreet Boys and NSYNC. Utilizing Quantum Mechanics, I added the songs “Upgrade” by Case & Point (Dance Music), and “Ghetto” (Boy-Band song) by East 17 during a JETLAG RADIO many years ago, to reemphasize the need to upgrade our ghettos throughout America, France, and elsewhere. Please enjoy my first livestream video of DEATH STRANDING 2. Let’s begin upon this journey. I am running out of DATA BANDWIDTH with XFINITY INTERNET, therefore, I may have to wait until July 1st, 2025 to embark on this journey. In the meantime, I may focus on other games, and not livestream, but share photos. I really apologize for this predicament. This goes to show the importance to donate to paypal.me/iamzaki or my LINKTREE. It’s imperative that I eventually gain an apartment and unlimited internet asap. Maybe, by some divine miracle, I will livestream s’more DEATH STRANDING 2 over the weekend. I’m not sure. I don’t want to go over my data, because there will be an additional cost. Goddamn you, XFINITY. PS. There’s a new DIGGNATION episode, don’t forget. Awesome.

While a complete cure for Down syndrome isn't currently possible, nanotechnology is showing promising potential in developing treatments that could significantly improve the quality of life and potentially address some of the underlying causes.

Here's how nanotechnology is being explored in Down syndrome research:

Gene editing: Scientists are exploring gene editing technologies like CRISPR-Cas9 to target and potentially deactivate the extra copy of chromosome 21 that causes Down syndrome. Nanotechnology, through the use of nano-carriers, can help deliver the gene editing tools specifically to the cells where they need to act.

Targeted drug delivery: Nanomaterials can be engineered to deliver drugs and other therapeutic agents specifically to affected areas of the body, potentially improving their effectiveness and reducing side effects.

Addressing associated conditions: Research is looking into using nanomaterials to treat specific health issues commonly associated with Down syndrome, such as high levels of hydrogen sulfide.

Important considerations:

Early stages of research: These are cutting-edge research areas, and while promising, they are not yet ready for widespread human application.

Safety and ethical concerns: As with any new technology, there are safety concerns to address regarding the use of nanotechnology, particularly in the long-term.

Quality of life: Discussions around "curing" Down syndrome must also consider the perspectives of people with the condition and their families, and how treatments might impact their quality of life.

In summary, while a cure for Down syndrome is not yet a reality, nanotechnology holds significant promise for developing new and improved therapies that could positively impact the lives of individuals with Down syndrome. Further research and development are needed to translate these exciting possibilities into effective clinical treatments. [Gemini AI on Google]

What’s up, everybody! It’s Thursday, June 26th, 2025. It’s a very special day because today, Death Stranding 2 is released, although, that’s news for tomorrow, because Friday is reserved for videogames news. Today is Thursday, and thus we will discuss Medical news. As always, due to my recommendation to the Department of Defense thanks to their Warp Speed program, please remember that #VaccinesSaveLives (Trending Hashtag). Keep yourself and your loved ones safe from the latest COVID-19 variants. It is VITAL to get vaccinated from COVID-19 if you are pregnant to hope for a safe delivery of the baby. This also means that every family member in the household, or other household you travel to must be all vaccinated. One individual, whether adult or children unvaccinated could damage the pregnancy and cause a potential fatality. Always get your COVID-19 vaccination booster shots every 6 months.

Until Next Time!
