I drank some Soylent many years ago and became incredibly sick. It was a recommendation from vlogger Sam Sheffer. Here’s an old article from MIT about this issue. It’s really unfortunate, because I lost my day-job 2 weeks later during that dreadful year of 2016. Do you know a better drink supplement that does not make you sick? Let me know. Oh, actually, Superhero JOCKO makes energy drinks and supplement drinks (JOCKO FUEL), so check out his stuff. Note: I do not get paid by Jocko, but hopefully he could sponsor one of my podcasts one of these days.

Now, I have some excellent news. By some divine intervention, I was able to procure a Playstation 5. What an amazing system. The graphics are definitely better than the PS4 (although for the 4K HDR feature, you need a 4K HDR TV), but the best feature are the load times. Every videogame seems to load much faster. Many load up instantaneously. Now unfortunately, there are some caveat. You need to purchase the system, which is between $500-$700 depending on the bundle. Then, you need some extra controllers for multiplayer. A HD camera for games like Just Dance 2023. Then, the original hard drive is pathetic, therefore you need to get a 2 TBs M.2 SSD. Then, the PS5 looks awfully white, and I don’t mean innocent white, I mean it looks like White Nationalist white. I bought some black plate covers from dbrand called Darkplates 2.0. I have two original PS5 controllers. They even work with your PC on Steam. For my third controller, I bought the Midnight Black version (which I use as my main controller). The amazing feature is that you can download pretty much most of your PS4 game collection onto your new PS5 system, and it also plays most PS4 game blurays. You also should invest in a headset, but the good news is that you already own a Razer Bluetooth headset for example, it will work on your PS5. All in all, it’s a great machine, and I can’t wait to play games such as Need For Speed: Unbound, Gotham Knights, and play Gran Turismo 7 using the full power of the Playstation 5.

This mental health crisis started in 2020 when employers allowed employees to work from home by offering flexible hours and work-from-home arrangements. [Medium] Katie Bishop wrote in BBC about an employee named Cat describing her struggle with remote work. It is painful to read Cat's words, "Working alone all day every day, particularly when my partner is in the office, is tough. Sometimes, I won't see anyone all day, which can be very lonely. I've found that instead of taking breaks to chat with people in my office, I pick up my phone. All the extra screen time has had a negative impact on my well-being."
