As you may know, the Pyramid of Giza is 481 feet. I’ve always wanted to visit Egypt, and unfortunately, its president is a ruthless man who has imprisoned journalists, including ones from AL-Jazeera. Mahmoud Houssein was released after spending more than four years in detention. This is terrible, because people in Egypt are wonderful, not to mention DJs Aly & Fila are from there. They throw amazing parties and festivals, and would love to see them perform one of these days. Having over 481 songs/tracks on a playlist/mixtape/podcast is a lot, and you have the time to listen, take some time to listen to JL R 083. An ex-coworker kept talking about “Ancient Aliens” TV show, and I think I will finally give it a go. You can also experience an amazing story of Assassin’s Creed Origins, which takes place in Egypt. I look forward to revisit that game once I can allocate some time. I also have tremendous respect for Mohamed Salah, an Egyptian Football player from Egypt who supports the Palestinian People, despite the fact that he is a Liverpool player (as you know, I’m a huge Manchester United supporter).

While the chapter on Afghanistan is nowhere near over, at least we did it, we defeated the “Military-Industrial-Complex.” Also, America has the capacity to destroy ISIS/ISIL around the globe, and we will use our diplomatic tools to force the Taliban to understand they must respect women/girls to have an education by politely referring them to a YouTube video of a Stealth B-2 Bomber. In addition, please continue to support organizations such as Team Rubicon, and the International Rescue Committee (IRC), who are helping with the influx of new Afghan Refugees. Thank you.

I was approached by a group of Anonymous Firefighters who wanted me to speak on suicide prevention in their ranks. It is imperative that you find camaraderie, outlets and hobbies that can help you on your journey. For me, what worked the best was hearing the rapper Logic’s song about the phone number 1-800-273-8255. There’s a music video and everything. It is extremely important for you to find a routine, one that works for you, and one that helps you calm down. For me, it’s simply a cup of coffee, listening to music, and writing. There is a comic strip about a man who was pink. He was angry about something. Then the comic strip transforms where he is no longer pink, but the piece of paper was pink. Then he smiled. That’s because if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s not healthy to keep up anger to yourself. You need to let that stuff out. You need to write. Because when you don’t write, you keep all these emotions built up inside of you, and that is not very healthy. If you have a friend who is struggling, tell him to see a shrink. We need to stop the stigma. If you have a stressful job, OF COURSE IT’S OKAY TO SEEK THERAPY. This is also the fault of the collective behavior of groups. Don’t make fun of a peer because he’s in therapy. You don’t know what that person has been through. They may have some deep psychological problems, and they need to talk about it. There’s nothing wrong, they’re not bad people, they just need to talk to a therapist once a month or once a week. Therapy is healthy. The only reason more Americans don’t seek it, is because it’s so fucking expensive in this country. If I still lived in France, I could go weekly and it’d be paid by the government. And fuck all your French are “surrenders” jokes because guess fucking what, do you know who is in charge of NATO this year? That’s right, it’s the French. There are the ones leading the offensive against Russia right now.

I am very proud that in the first Jan. 6 trial, a jury found Capitol riot defendant Guy Reffitt guilty. This is a win for millions of Americans around the country, especially African-Americans and other minorities. If a young black or brown teenager goes to jail over a little bit of weed, it was imperative that white nationalists who had the audacity to blatantly like and say “Blue Lives Matter” yet go to our Capitol and attack police officers, is completely uncalled for. Thank God the FBI is doing the right thing.

Please remember, if this was a Middle-Easterner, he’d be in Guantanamo Bay right now. Because he is white, he is not getting that treatment. Regardless, Assistant U.S. Attorney Risa Berkower described Reffitt as the “tip of the mob’s spear.”
