Hello there! Here’s another update. For this one, I’d like to speak to anyone dealing with Mental Health, I know it’s tough dealing with a stigma because I do too. I just want you to remember that even during Quarantine, it is imperative that you keep taking your meds, and see your therapist, even if it’s via video-conferencing. Many of you are now in homes with many people under one roof, including sometimes children. That’s a friendly reminder that you must ALWAYS keep your meds in a locked cabinet. It’s very important. Also, someone told me this expression a very long time ago which has always helped me: “Whenever you think you got it bad, someone else has it worse.” Be kind to one another, grab that Kindle. For all of us bookworms, it’s time to lay off the excuse of the “to-be-read” list. We’ve got these enormous backlog of books, it’s time to go through your library and read whatever book is left. Get back on writing too. That’s right, many of us have writer’s block, and now that we are stuck home, it’s time to write that book or story. It’s time to channel that one guy who said write a few pages a day. Even if they’re bad, write a few pages a day. That will get your writing skills back in the groove. For those who write non-fiction, please immediately write a longread op-ed regarding this current clusterfuck regarding COVID-19. Why it spread so quickly in the United States, We should have followed South Korea’s approach. Also, I want the Military to appoint a czar who has supply chain and logistics experience to handle sending medical supplies to hospitals nationwide. This is not the time for petty arguments. I don’t want a pissing contest. Some of you know who is the best on your various teams to lead this effort. Get him or her to get this done, asap. I thank you in advance. Also, it’s time to realize who the real heroes are. I love me some goddamn basketball, but why are basketball players paid millions of dollars while Firefighters don’t make that much? I know a LOT of heroes. I can’t tell you their names, but I can tell you they save the world every damn day and they don’t make millions of dollars. So please, be a little more grateful to these men and women, especially during this time of crisis. Remember, when you think you have a lot on your shoulders, they have even more. One last thing, please get us Bernie Sanders asap. We need Medicare For All. We need these greedy insurance companies to stop thinking about their profits and understand healthcare is a human right. Let’s get it done.

It’s time to put our strategist hats back on. Get in touch with all your team via Slack or Microsoft Teams. Get on Cisco conference calls. Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork. Gotta get this done, gotta make this work. I am extremely proud of many of you, despite our difference in politics, as many of you are republicans. Anyway, keep up the good work, many of us depend on you. Dear Congress, get your shit together. Listen to Bernie Sanders, one check isn’t gonna solve anything. Americans need a steady flow of income for the next couple of months until this disaster calms down. It is of utmost importance. I’m pretty embarrassed about the majority of congress when a youngster like AOC has more wisdom than half of them in Washington DC. Step up, boys and girls. Our country is waiting for your leadership.

Hi there- well, Jesus, Allah, & Buddha, this Coronavirus is getting exponentially worse. Mother Nature is doing fine, Satellite Imagery shows less pollution, and less Climate Change, but us humans, not so much. The virus must be contained. That’s why everybody has to quarantine themselves. Work from home. If you go out, only do so to get groceries or other vital supplies such as medicine. If you were someone who made fun of people who worked at the grocery store, now is the time to apologize, and realize how vital their work is. I want to personally thank every truck driver who is out there still driving long distances delivering food to these grocery stores. If you can donate blood, please do so, because Red Cross is in short supplies. We are currently living under a blockade. Do you know who has been living under a blockade for the past 50 years? Palestinians. I hope people will give them more respect, and start to empathize what it’s like to go to the grocery store and not find what they are looking for. As for celebrities, we love you and your awesome movies, but we don’t need you to sing John Lennon, we need you to send some of your millions of dollars towards food and supplies to those who need it. I want to thank Barack Obama for his latest newsletter because quite frankly I’m super fed up, and until I have a paying job again, I’m only reporting to him and Bernie Sanders (Medicare For All, see how important this is now?). Shoutout to everybody in the Military who are out there shipping tons of CoronaVirus testing supplies throughout the globe. Good job, guys & gals, keep at it. Another thing, I find the stock market to be very suspicious. It’s almost as if someone was running the show for 3 years, and took a 3 week break, and all its gains just went away. In just 3 weeks. Is the economy that vulnerable? Took 3 weeks for the whole thing to crumble? I feel bad for government accountants, because they’re gonna have to pull their hair to get their heads around this. Anyway, stay safe, call your loved ones, have FaceTime with them, and find ways to stay busy during this difficult time.

I believe now is the time to properly apologize to those of us who contribute imperative important work out there. I noticed that Big Tech lost $400 Billion over the past few days. That’s interesting that they had so much money, when they only paid their contractors less than $25/hour.

If you believe in Main Street and not Wall Street, you must join the rest of us and vote for Bernie Sanders. Millionaires and Billionaires act like they care, but at the end of the day, do they really? We got CEOs who make billions of dollars, pay zero taxes, then ask their workers to give up their sick pay / time for other workers. The level of irony is simply ridiculous.

Right now the Corovavirus is embarrassing America. Look at the Administration’s approach, then look at France’s, or Germany’s approach. How about them apples? Anybody still want to make a french fries or wienerschnitzel joke? Why does it take a damn virus for people to wake up and understand Medicare For All is vital to the health of our nation? Hi there! Well, we have just entered the third month of 2020, and Good Lord, so much has been happening. We must focus on what’s important, and that is electing Bernie Sanders. There is so much stuff on the news to try to distraught us, and not let us gain what we want, which is Medicare For All, Free Tuition, Free Childcare, better Veterans Benefits, Black Lives Matter, Immigration Rights, end the Forever Wars, so on and so forth.

While the Coronavirus news may be a bit scary, it just reminds you that when a vaccine is released, it should be free. That speaks volume to the Medicare For All cause. Right now we have a dysfunctional system where people can’t even go to the doctor to get tested, because they don’t have insurance! This is horrific. Nurses Unions have a right to be upset. Why do people keep asking them “how we’re gonna pay for it?” but never ask how we pay for forever wars? A lot of us have been patiently waiting for Senator Sanders because he is the first candidate to truly wanting to go toe-to-toe with “the Military-Industrial-Complex.” Remember, the Military is good, all these guys and gals doing an important and wonderful job for our freedom, but the cogwheel of the #MilitaryIndustrialComplex must stop. This War business, where we fight wars that never end, then bill the tax payer billions if not trillions of dollars. That has got to end.

Obama is still my hero despite his very suspicious activities lately but I really hope he finally supports Bernie Sanders. Bernie Sanders will transform our country. I respect former VP Biden, but he’s against Medicare For All, and he is pro Wall-Street, not pro Main Street. We need to fight for the common people, not the fat cats on the Stock Exchange. My mind is focused on people who barely make ends meet, and live paycheck to paycheck, not those who complain that their Ferrari didn’t come in their favorite color.

I’m delving more into Project Management. I’ve applied my startup to Y Combinator 2020 Summer Batch, evidently they get about 8,000 applications, so wish me luck. I’ve also applied to the AFWERX Challenge. And I’m learning how to make music on FL Studio 20. So if you know some good tutorial videos, please send them my way.

I know I can be seen as someone that does not exist…”who does this prick think he is? He’s with the 99% (Income Inequality), but he advocates for things like Interpol (fight human-trafficking) and the Air Force (SR-72)? Who is this dude?”

All I can say is, read a manga like Naruto, and maybe things will start to make sense to you.

I’m playing the new Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and I’m crying like a little kid. So many memories.

Hi there! Hope everyone is in the Winter spirit. I can’t believe that 49ers lost to KC, but I guess the coach was too strong. Looks like College Basketball will takeover soon next month with March Madness, and let’s just hope our Buckeyes #Team121 get back on top of their game. As far as Baseball, I hope the Reds get a better season, and with the English Premier League, I just hope Manchester United gets higher on the top of the table. Remember, in the EPL, it’s not like in the NBA or other sports where people jump on different teams when they aren’t doing good (i.e. the Golden State Warriors aren’t doing so hot, so many fake fans left). I spent many years in Ohio, so I will always be a Cavs fan first, and a Kings fan second. I do follow Portland Blazers too, though. Anyway, when you’re a MUFC fan, you’re a fan for life. No matter where we are on the EPL table, it’s Man United forever.

I thought the Fast & Furious 9 trailer was awesome! I’m a bit disappointed that Paul (in memoriam) Caleb/Cody wasn’t in the trailer, but hopefully they will surprise us later this year.

I’m very glad that Brad Pitt won an Academy Award! I will have to watch his new movie.

I want to thank Hardwell for sharing his story on his new podcast, it’s true that most musicians can take a 4-year break before a new album and no one says anything, but if a DJ takes 2 weeks off, everybody is asking: “Where did he go?”

Making some progress on Death Stranding! Man, this game is so hard! NBA 2K19 is pretty good too so far.

If you have a chance, try to do something for Black History Month. Last year, I went to the Aerospace Museum, and got to hear about the Tuskegee Airmen. It was pretty cool. This year, I’m excited for new music raising awareness about Mass Incarceration, I think Meek Mill just released a new track with JT, I will have to check it out (all the more reason to support a candidate like Bernie Sanders). There’s also a new TV show by 50 Cent which ought to be pretty important.

Don’t forget to watch the Snow Moon! It looks beautiful!

I’d like to remind you all that whenever you find yourself under a mountain of work, and feel that it’s just you, it’s not just you, many others still have a lot of work and we do it. People believe in you, so keep going. If there are some folks or subjects which you want to learn more about these things or people, I suggest you listen to podcasts about them. This can be on a variety and wide spectrum of topics. Just give it a try. I thank you.

Bernie is the only one who can bring real change. Despite the Mainstream Media trying to blackout his coverage, and inundating us with ads from Bloomberg, who shows up at the last minute with his money to buy his way to the latest debate. Michael Moore is correct. This is an outrage. We’re not letting candidates like Andrew Yang, and Corey Booker, but Bloomberg can just throw money and show up? What is the DNC thinking? We are NOT the RNC. Give yourself a reality check. In any case, Go BERNIE! #NOTMEUS! Bernie Sanders wants to fight Income Inequality. He has the endorsement from Sunrise Movement, meaning he will fight Climate Change. He will fight Mass Incarceration. He will fight the Military Industrial Complex. He will give us Medicare for All, and make college tuition-free and cancel student-debt. He will give teachers a decent salary of minimum $60K/year. Bernie has the strongest grassroot movement in our country!
