Like many of my readers and fans, I also cannot afford a Playstation 5 yet. Thankfully, one day I was just casually scrolling through Twitter when I saw a video review from Greg Miller, a vlog celebrity in the gaming community. It was about the BACKBONE ONE gaming controller for iPhone. It costs $100. With this device, you can actually turn your iPhone into a little gaming machine. It’s pretty awesome. The ability to play videogames on your phone with your headphones on, and not be a nuisance by using the Television in the living room while your significant other or husband/wife, family member, or friend is busy doing something else, is pretty amazing.

Remember Introverts (and Extroverts), Freaks and Geeks, it’s a lot more fun to collect Playstation / Xbox / PC trophies, than to be stuck with a Trophy Wife or Trophy Husband. Don’t despair, it does get better. I know that High School seems like the longest 4 years of your life, but eventually, it does come to an end, and you will go to college, and you will have a much better time. Just be patient.

Remember the wise words of Great Teacher Onizuka, “don’t worry, I will make school interesting for you.”

You got too much homework to do? Come listen to BENKYO RADIO (Lofi music) and do a little bit every day. Eventually things will get better.

I used to get coffee by myself almost daily and sit in a coffeehouse for 2-3 years (a bit longer than that but anyway). Eventually I met someone. It didn’t happen overnight. I had to showcase my personality to prove than I am worthy. What are you doing to prove that you are worthy? Even if you do a little bit every day, when you look back you will be immensely proud. Keep up the good work, you can do it, I believe in you.

As you know, over the past couple of years, I’ve had the BLEACH manga on my bookclub, in order to gather interest for the writers and the staff to finish animating the next arc. It’s being released this October, and it’s going to be great! You know, it’s very weird, I clearly remember BLEACH having 500 episodes, and then one day, I woke up and there were only 366 episodes. Like a bad episode of SLIDERS. Anyway, more episodes on the way, and all the manga/fans around the globe are excited. Let’s go, Ichigo! Save Soul Society!

What’s up, everybody! Here are JETLAG RADIO 614 & BENKYO RADIO 614.

614 is the area code for the city of Columbus, Ohio. That is my Alma Mater where I attended THE Ohio State University. I had a lot of memories there. Some were good, and some were bad. But here’s what you must remember, even when things were bad, and I took a summer off in Los Angeles, ultimately, it was important to return and finish Senior Year. Getting all your credits matters. Graduating matters. The thing about college is, a lot of people tell you a college degree does not matter, but somehow someway, no matter where you go or which institution you try to get in (corporate, government, etc), they will ask about that stupid piece of paper, whether or not you got a Bachelor’s Degree. I can assure you, that if it was not for my college education, I would not be where I am today. The experiences you will have in college cannot be replicated anywhere else. Also, what you should know is that, if you are attending a Community College during your Freshman and Sophomore years, it’s not the end of the world. It’s cheaper to transfer Sophomore or Junior year. When you an Alumnus of OSU, you can say you went to one of the best schools in the entire country. At OSU, I got to go to electronic dance music concerts almost weekly off campus. I got to study in 24/7 libraries (Do you have any idea how amazing it is to have a library open 24/7?) There’s just something about the OSU campus that can’t be described anywhere else. If I didn’t have to pay out-of-state tuition, I’d probably try to complete a Master’s Degree, a PhD at OSU, or gather another certificate from such a fine institution. If you live in Ohio, and you’re deciding on a college, go to OSU. You’ll have an unforgettable experience. Not to mention, if you’re a Class of 2026, you get to graduate by enjoying the summer watching THE UNITED STATES MEN’S FOOTBALL (SOCCER) TEAM PLAY THE WORLD CUP AT HOME, and with a local team (Columbus Crew) as wild as they are, you are sure to have a good time all throughout the city. Anyway, Go Bucks!
